attentive staff central location clean room

The staff was attentive and eager to assist with any needs , the receptionist spoke fluent english , which greatly facilitated communication. The central location near the square was perfect for exploring the surroundings. The clean room and comfortable bed provided a cozy retreat after a long day.

convenient location daily housekeeping

I liked the convenient location near the metro. The staff were helpful with directions. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean. I also found the room safe useful for storing my laptop. It was a great size.

My superior double room had two separate sinks and A rainfall shower, which i found very convenient. The room included nice linen. the room safe accommodated my laptop.

Decent stay with prime location

great location comfortable bed friendly staff dated room old decoration absent gym

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location. It is across the road from the metro station. I also found it easy to walk to the Bund. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the staff. They were cute and friendly.

The hotel felt a bit dated. The materials in the rooms seemed a bit torn. The interior decoration style was like it was from decades ago. I noticed the absence of a gym or spa facilities at the hotel.

metro access easy shopping quiet room

The hotel location provides easy access to the metro. Metro line 2 goes directly to Pudong Airport. Nanjing Road is a short walk for shopping. The room was quiet.
